• Money back in your eritaaj account as credit or back in your bank account. 
• Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned. Although buyback and lifetime changed policy is applicable.
• Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for return/exchange
• In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. 
• In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase
• Eritaaj is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once declared “delivered”
• Any product altered by a third party is not eligible for return/exchange.

• Never expose them to household chemicals, such as bleach, chlorine and other chemicals.

• Follow these steps to keep your jewelry radiant:

1. Soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of detergent. 
2. Use a soft brush to clean and gently pat dry with a lint free cloth. 
3. Only use warm water with detergent for gold and diamond jewelry.

• Gemstones and pearl jewelry are rather delicate. Clean them with soft, untreated damp cloth.
• Please do not use tissue paper, paper towels or cotton while cleaning your jewelry. It can cause scratching and leave fiber on your jewelry.

• Store it separately in our specially designed eritaaj box/pouch.

Yes, our pieces with 1 carat+ sizes come with certifications of authenticity from IGI/GIA. All our jewelry can also be certified by IGI on request & additional charges will be applicable as per actuals.

• Yes, all Eritaaj pieces are BIS Hallmarked.
• BIS hallmark is the hallmarking system for gold jewelry sold in India certifying the purity of the metal.
• It certifies that the piece of jewelry confirms to a set of standards laid by the bureau of the indian standards (BIS). 
• Under BIS act, an independent hallmarking agency, certifies gold on the basis of Indian standards. 
• To simplify, gold jewelry can only be evaluated and tested at all official hallmarking centers and then certified that the metal conforms to the national international standards of fineness and purity.

Yes, Eritaaj necklaces have been designed to wear short, closer to your collarbone (13.5 inches + 5 additional links) or longer (15.5 inches + 5 additional links).

• Eritaaj bracelets are available from 5 inches to 8 inches and come in half sizes as well, eg: 5.5 inches as well.
• Each bracelet comes with an additional 3 links to give you the option to wear tighter or looser.
• To know your size follow these simple steps:

1. Use a string/thread, measure your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet (keep in mind how loosely you would wear your bracelet).
2. Mark the meeting point where it overlaps to a full circle. 
3. Place the string on the ruler or measuring tape and measure the exact length in inches. 
4. If you fall in between sizes for eg: between 5 & 5.5, we recommend to go a half size down as you will get 3 additional clasps to wear it looser.
